Tracking availability for Registered Air Mail depends on a region. Each parcel is dispatched with a unique Refference Number* which may be later used via Track-Trace service.
* PLEASE NOTE: A refference number will only show tracking info when the package will enter the shipment destination country, thus as long as the package is outside the destination country, the refference number will not show any info.

Shipping Policies
- All the generic meds are shipped from our India facility and generally take about 15 - 25 business days to be received from the moment the order is shipped.
- We do not process orders on Weekends and Holidays.
- We will not process or ship orders to A.P.Os.
- Please allow at least 3 - 4 business days for processing before order ships (weekends excluded).
- If extra identification is required to process you order, please calculate arrival time starting 24-48 hours after information has been successfully received by our billing department.
- If billing information or shipping addresses are incomplete, calculate arrival time starting 24-48 hours from the time the correct information has been supplied to our billing department.
- Generic meds. orders with more than 90+ pills will be sent in multiple shipments and they may not arrive the same day.
- If billing and shipping address are different we will ask for further identification and email will be sent with instructions.
- If your order does not arrive within 25 business days from the moment the order was sent, we will reship the order without any extra cost, as long as the address provided was correct.
- Please NOTE, that in case of holidays there can be delays due to overloading of the postal services during holidays times.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure that you enter a valid shipping address in your order form. We strongly recommend you double check your order information before submitting the order. Any mistake may cause the non-delivery of the product (since the package can't be returned to sender) and will be at the expense of the customer. If after you have placed your order, you notice that the address was specified incorrectly, please contact us as within 12 hours to inform us by email or live chat support.
Packaging
Your medication is discreetly packaged to protect your privacy and security. We do not send commercial packaging or invoice with the order, only the strips with the tablets will be sent.
Your order will be packed safe and secure and dispatched within 24-48 hours.

Order cancellation policy
Please note that we accept order cancellations requests ONLY within 24 hours after the order has been submitted. If you wish to cancel your order, you have to contact our support team by submitting a and let them know of your decision. If you contact us after 24 hours, no order cancellation will be processed.
Also, please make sure that you enter a valid shipping address in your order form. We recommend you double check your order information before submitting the order. Any mistake may cause the non-delivery of the product. If after you have placed your order, you notice that the address was specified incorrectly, please contact us as soon as you can to inform us.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O.s
Refund policy
Because of federal and local laws we will not be able to receive medications back after they have been dispatched. If for some reason your order did not show up or got damaged, we will issue an immediate refund or send another package at your request. You should also check your local laws regarding generic medication; some places might not allow such an import.
We will ask you to first allow at least 25 business days from the day the order was shipped. If after those 25 days, you have not recieve the package, or if you received notification by Customs that your package was on hold or returned to sender, please send us a and we will take care of your request promptly.
We can also reship the order ON OUR EXPENSES + 10% Bonus, all you have to do is let us know you preffer this option over the refund.
The refund procedure usually takes 5-7 business days, after this period the refund will be reflected at your credit card statement.
